When you join my 6-week program, I’ll be right there with you, coaching you through each phase to make sure you’re set up for long-term success. Here’s what you can expect, step by step:
Week 1/Prep Week
We’ll kick things off by mastering intermittent fasting and whole food nutrition. I’ll guide you through reducing gluten and dairy while helping you understand how to fuel your body with real, nutritious foods.
Week 2
This is where we dive into the power of balanced macros and carb cycling. You’ll learn how to track your food, and I’ll show you how to make it easy and doable. By the end of the week, you’ll have a solid foundation to build on.
Week 3
Now we’ll focus on pairing your workouts with your nutrition. I’ll teach you how to use carbohydrate cycling to fuel your workouts and optimize fat loss and muscle gain. You’ll feel stronger and more energized, without spending endless hours in the gym.
Weeks 4-6
By this point, you’ll be putting everything together—workouts, nutrition, and mindset. I’ll be right there, helping you fine-tune your habits and dive deeper into strategies for sustainable results. This is where the magic really happens as you start to see and feel real changes in your body and mindset.
Weeks 7+
Your journey doesn’t stop after 6 weeks. The VIP program is where you’ll lock in everything you’ve learned and continue working with me for ongoing coaching, accountability, and support. We’ll build on your progress, refine your habits, and make sure you stay consistent—because maintaining your results for life is the ultimate goal. I’ll be there to keep you on track and guide you toward your best, healthiest self long-term.
